Delivery Information

We know you can’t wait to get your 24Skin order  ASAP, and we will deliver it to you as soon as possible.

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (unless different, but we will contact you about any delay) and you will receive a confirmation once your box has been despatched. You can get excited as your 24Skin box should be delivered to you in just 2 – 4 days (depending what time the order is placed). Put the kettle on!

We should still get your 24Skin International delivered to you in just 2 – 6 days (depending what time the order is placed).

For orders over 25 £, shipping is free!

Returns

We treat 24Skin products like magic dust so we are very careful when we wrap it up for you. However, there are times when our green ninja warriors get a little too excited during delivery and damages can occur. Please contact us immediately and let us know – you can contact here. Please note we cannot accept food related returns that have been opened. Other products can be returned within 30 days.

We offer a refund for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that we must receive returns within 30 days of delivery – this is irrespective of your chosen payment method.

Ass well please note that all the return items must be in a saleable condition: Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, on items that are not re-saleable. If the order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.

If you have any other questions on delivery, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. For larger quantities, there may be a higher delivery cost.

Good to know

  1. We will process all orders within 1-3 working days. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.
  2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted on your order form. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
  3. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. (There are some delivery restrictions on where we can deliver and these will be given to you on request.)
  4. Please note that nail polishes, nail polish removers, sprays and fragrances can only be sent within the UK.
  5. We will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery time scales quoted to you are indicative only. Whilst we use only reputable delivery companies we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
  6. Please note that we will monitor every country’s delivery service and should there be a problem in that country, we will inform the customer of some extra postal options.
